STATE OF THE GAME ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello, everyone! We finally made it to the end.
As I've said no shortage of ways or times, thank you for everything. The last three years have been an incredible journey. We started from a spite-fueled beginning over my own dissatisfaction with the way things were going for me in role-play and became something much more meaningful over time. I couldn't have done it without the playerbase and all their suggestions, feedback, and contributions.
While Amani's story is finished, that doesn't mean your characters' tales need to end as well! As mentioned, Amani will remain open as a sandbox/dressing room type deal. To keep people's privacy, it will continue to be a locked community rather than opening up in the usual dressing room style... but I'll continue to accept people as they wish to join with no questions or invitations necessary.
Amani is as much my creation as anyone else's at this point so I want people to enjoy it at their leisure. PSL here, post your own prompts of things you want to explore, and so on. It would be a shame for three years of work to go to waste and I don't want it to! No one is expected to stay, but know you don't have to go anywhere either.

★ WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Overall, there are a few things to highlight of what's going to happen in the next month leading into official conversion from proper game to sandbox mode.
Overall, there are a few things to highlight of what's going to happen in the next month leading into official conversion from proper game to sandbox mode.
- ★ The final log - as well as all other mentioned updates - will be posted on December 31st. This will be a place for current characters to react to the end of the game but also a place for people who might be interested in using the setting as they wish to play for the foreseeable future. As such, this post will be in the meme comm so it isn't locked and anyone can access it. (If someone wishes to join the communities to play out things more privately or explore more specific themes though, they're welcome to request membership!)
★ The taken page will be removed from the main comm links and cease being updated. There will be no further keeping track of players or characters who wish to either remain in the game or join to play in the setting.
★ However, there will be a permanent plotting post on the OOC comm for people to put up character information if they are remaining or just joining the communities. That way, anyone can view it at their leisure and contact people for threads, ideas, etc. as they'd like!
★ Additionally, there will be a final permanent DTF mingle post on the IC comm as an IC way for who is around to be viewed on the network. This one won't have a theme or kinks of the month attached to it, but be basic character profile postings that others can utilize to break the ice ICly and maybe get beginning interactions started between characters in an easier way.
★ Lastly, there will be a final love meme posted to the meme community for people to share final thoughts, feels, and all the love for Amani and those that helped make it great!
★ The Discord server will remain open for people to utilize as always! The only ask is that before inviting anyone to join it, it's cleared by Chai or they've already joined/been approved into the communities. Again, this is to respect people's privacy and as a precaution from having unfortunately bad faith actors before try to get information on current players.
