He's pretty excited about the chance to let lose, since he really enjoys a good challenge. In addition, he did a few world hopping things during that event, most notably going to Midgard with Angeal and doing an ecoterrorism. He's having a great time.

He also met the Goblin Slayer, a new arrival this month, who was busy repeatedly killing his own DTF - Thistle didn't have much of an issue with that, but he was a little impressed with his dedication. Mostly, though, he was just exasperated to be part of the welcome wagon. He's also making a late entry on this month's event this week!

She also started up a backtagged predator/prey dream with Red. We can assume that she visited her home reality with some other people this month, and maybe learned some things in the process. Oh, and she participated in the Mingle and got some support for her dream of making porn!

Summary: As above, I didn't have enough time/energy for things, so I mostly backtagged (continuing to engage in various forms of monsterfucking, mostly). Ardyn met Testament and is in the process of refueling his car, if you know what I mean. In the Mingle, Ardyn got support for his vague idea of putting on a play, which gives him a vague goal to aim for. I haven't gotten to the actual threads yet but he'll be visiting Midgar with Noctis, and Yharnam with Rosie.

Also, she gave Rosie a alchemiter-made copy of her special leash-and-collar.

Summary: In the mingle, he got plenty of offers to fish with him, so he's now planning to spend stamps to get the royal vessel in Amani so he can host a fishing party. :D Sleipnir/Barnabas also offered the Einherjar to him for trying to catch the biggest fish in Amani, so I foresee a fishing trip with Barnabas in Noct's near future.

In backtagging land, Fae King Noctis is terrorizing/wooing/domming Prompto, Rosie, and Ardyn, and trying to do those things with Behemoth!Barnabas, too. XD Normal Noctis received advice from Rose about destiny; he'd already planned to canon update to find out what happens in his 'future,' but Rose gave him a second option to consider: running a stamp campaign at the potions shop to raise enough stamps to resurrect Eos. He's still pondering, but OOC my plan is to hopefully do both, if there's room for a player plot in the coming months!

Also, he's having the most awkward booty call ever with G'raha, trying to get through a Prompto-puppy training lesson without strangling Angeal, finally getting Ardyn to cut back on treating him with kid gloves, and dealing with hanahaki and having to confess feelings to Gladio.

For the current event, he's going to be taking a few folks to Eos and visiting at least two other worlds. He's been on a slow downward spiral for a few months now about missing Ignis, so after seeing him again through a door, Noct will be kind of a mess. It's fine. Probably.

Summary: Again, lots of backtagging trying to catch up. He's banging Sleipnir and Barnabas in Dion's bathtub, so that's...a thing. A memshare has now turned into a sexy situation with Ardyn in the library, and he's having a very gay time with Elidibus on the beach. He's finally revealed a bunch of plot stuff about Barnabas and Ultima to Cid, and also to Emet-Selch, as part of his Make Barnabas His Friend quest. Angeal offered to help set up a date with Dion, which Joshua isn't sure whether he'll accept or not. And now he's meeting Red XIII! I still need to post that backtagged announcement to Amani about him making himself the librarian. what is linear time. He'll be meeting Dion's canon boyfriend during this event, which...sure will be a thing! And touring Lucis with Barnabas, and getting upset about the state of Bloodborne's world with the Doll. He'll definitely investigate the Tree of Life, but I'm not sure how to thread that so I may just say He Did the Thing. I do want him to talk to at least one of the NPCs though! Either for the event or just in general.

Summary: Cloud got a lil overwhelmed with feels during the mingle because a bunch of people told him he's not a loser and he can make his own purpose. (,,>﹏<,,) But Fenrir wasn't wrong about that being how Cloud feels about himself, of course, and so many people he cares about have vanished from Amani (Tifa, Aerith, Nyx, Squall...) and he still hasn't fully processed any of that. So his mental state is less stable even than usual, even if he hides it relatively well.

Otherwise, mostly backtags. Cloud's getting rescued by Ardyn-in-Noctis'-body and so far he has no clue this isn't just Noctis; also because of the ~tropes~ he fell into a bed of yellow flowers and broke his leg, so he hates this, thanks! He's making slow progress on figuring out how to make his AC sword(s), he's gonna visit Angeal at the forge and Cid agreed to help him design it. (Which is probably getting handwaved rather than threaded.)

For the event, Red is encountering the 16-year-old version of him and learning some Truths, and meanwhile Amani Cloud is visiting Banora with Angeal. Feels to ensue. I still want to do a smut thread with him for this month, too, so I'll tag out someplace for that!

Summary: This dogcatman has been VERY busy this month. He was thrown back into his homeworld, but during the events of Crisis Core with Angeal. He's witnessed Genesis killing his parents, and some parts of Angeal that have been hidden, revealed as they fight their way out of Shinra Tower. He's meeting the notably not SOLDIER Cloud at age 16, and a young, imprisoned Sephiroth at age 7.

He is also having....Some kind of time with Mithrun back in the Dungeon Meshi world, having been sent smack dab onto the Canaries' ship. Red had a traumatic episode, leading Mithrun to take initiative on a daring escape. They're still on the run.

He is meeting one Joshua Rosfield in the library, and has a...date? With Lahabrea on the beach.

Summary: Lots of backtagging for Prompto. He's having some very racy monster times with Rosie, and learning about himself. He also is being menaced by Barnabas at the studio, and met "Nydra", a seemingly hot new lady on the block. He is clueless. Backtags also include him admitting his death to Gladio and getting racy photos of Elidibus to use as a promo for the Quicksilver.

Even further backtagged, Testament and R.L. are having quite an interesting intimate moment roleplaying being part of a cult after sufficiently antagoinzing Dirk.

Speaking of Dirk, the pair's bloodbath runs apace.

Truly he never through he'd see it again, certainly not his people alive and living life like it's a joy that would never end. But then he realized he was not the only one who arrived, and so he got to enjoy this time in paradise as a fucking nanny!!! At least Hyth was there.....

Summary: Well, Barnabas got to spar with Lahabrea in the early month, which was exciting. Almost exciting for him, too, since it's been so long since he's had a rival that could stand up to him in any capacity. That aside, he also had a case of the Dimension Doors, and ended up in Ash, both before his departure for Kanver as well as when his mother was still alive. Needless to say, he felt A Lot About That, grief, guilt, sorrow, love, comfort. Just a huge twisted mix of emotions as he snapped back into his role as the obedient and faithful son while he could. Otherwise, he and Joshua wandered Lucis together and fucked behind a Kenny's Crow's nest? Very usual guy things to do. They're just being canon compliant to the world they were in, it's fine.

Summary: Dion has resolved that he should suck it up and fuck for stamps, as that's his responsibility being here and getting caught up in his emotional qualms with it is childish and irresponsible. How can he help if he isn't bringing in stamps? There are ways, sure, but he should be utilizing himself in every way that benefits the people here, and so...anyway, there was some bakery homoeroticism with him and Angeal which may or may not end in sex? We will see! He also went to Sanbreque because of those accursed doors, and got to see Terence...which has him feeling a certain kind of way (sad).

He has also decided to build a speed boat, sick to fucking death of rowing between the Einherjar and shore.

Summary: Just arrived. Proceeded to kill his DTF multiple times because it's a goblin and he didn't know it wasn't REALLY a goblin. As a result of killing his DTF so many times and then even consuming some of it with Laois, GS has been suffering a lot of hallucinations and has been wigging out in the woods somewhere.

Summary: Sephiroth has been active in the event! Through one door, Red XIII found a young version of Sephiroth in ShinRa's labs, who he's already plotting to bust out if bitty Seph doesn't kill him from unintentional embarrassment first. Through another door, Angeal found Sephiroth in ShinRa HQ right at the beginning of the Genesis War, and also decided to screw with the timeline by trying to avert some of the tragedies he knows are coming through fixing some of his personal missteps. While, of course, feeding Sephiroth at the same time and lecturing him about proper self-care. This is Angeal. Also they might be actively plotting the sabotage and collapse of the ShinRa Company, it's fine.

Summary: Kuja is slowly dragging himself out of his funk over losing Zidane, Itto, and Nyx in rapid succession, and as such he went to go investigate the oversized life tree. His door eventually led him to Genesis' world, where he found a depressed Genesis lurking in Edge with all his friends dead. Of course, Kuja can't stand for this, so he's been trying to soothe and coax Genesis into a better mental state, and also some self-care. (Unfortunately this is his only thread going at the moment as I ease back into things, so I don't have more to show yet. There are threads in planning that are reaction threads from this event for him, though.)

Summary: Gladio has two threads going, although currently both are backthreads. One is a long-planned (and long put off) thread from the hanahaki event that's going to end up with him and Noctis finally getting over themselves and their mutual reservations to admit their feelings for each other. The other is a thread with Prompto, where he's urging the kid to stop hiding the fact that he got killed protecting Noct from danger because it's a terrible idea and it won't even work...although he's expressing that in more supportive terms than the summary makes it sound like. Trying to get some confession things out of the way so that once where Gladio stands with his castmates is more firmly established, Gladio can catch up to current events in Amani.

Summary: Angeal has been getting over the loss of Lazard, and adjusting to a very full bakery! He's also having to adjust to newly dating Elidibus, a man who is using his position to bully Angeal into shit like "self care" and "being honest about being traumatized you stubborn motherfucker". On the more platonic side of things, he finally spoke with Rosie about how he's not gay, and reaffirmed their friendship. Also, things are just... things are sure happening with Mithrun. Do either of them know what's happening? no.

Summary: Lavinia got to attend a nice yuri slumber party! and maybe even touched girls there, which she'll be content with, assuming I ever finally get back to those tags. She's also bonding with Elidibus while they're in monster forms and what truth they might represent about themselves, so Legion might be right? Terrifying. She also might be closer to getting stabbed by Rosie with jumping Ardyn in an alley but we haven't achieve that goal yet.

And then had... some very different gay experiences when he ended up in his world with Angeal and with Red at different points; in particular, the new context of a different world allowed(/forced) him and Red to learn some things about each other that they hadn't yet in their largely vibes-based relationship.

Summary: After making a mingle resolution that she's a little bit nervous about, Erika checked in on Rosie regarding a... heated interaction she observed with Dion, and hopefully managed to give some at least slightly helpful advice there. In contrast to that, she made a few failed attempts to communicate with Goblin Slayer through his DTF, which mostly just meant trapping herself watching the repeated goblin snuff show for a bit. She also popped back into her own world during the event, which means that anyone accompanying her... may have observed her getting perhaps slightly embarrassingly emotional about seeing her cousin and his kid for the first time in a couple years.

Summary: Being new to the simulation, Savli is still getting used to things around here! She did make sure to attend Rose Lalonde's big gay sleepover back in December, and has been poking around the simulation since then - including wasting no time using the mingle as an opportunity to flirt around (and present some bad ideas where applicable). When I get to tagging out on the event, she will also doubtless be inflicting herself and her insatiable curiosity on other people's worlds.

Summary: Laios posted to the mingle himself this time, getting the jump on his DTF who usually does it for him. His goal is to taste everything (monsters at least) in the simulation. To start off this goal, he eats Goblin Slayer's DTF not knowing what it is and with no one to hold him back from trying demi-humans.

IRL, the ice storm really took a chunk outta my motivation, but I do have plans for him to have gone back to his own world pre-canon and basically enjoy a vacation. Elidibus is going to interrupt this vacay and get a guided tour of the island and then we'll flip it and Laios gets to go to Elpis and play as a familiar guided by Elidibus looking at all the creatures.

Summary: In backtag land, G'raha and Noctis are finally getting somewhere with their super awkward meetup/booty call, even if that something is 'going to a different room to discuss possible kinky things'. Very exciting. As for more current events, at the beginning of the month G'raha made the vaguest New Year's resolution ever and was called out on it and so far has visited a past version of the Crystarium with G'rhyf.

Summary: Been slowly poking away at backtags, mainly of the monster-y threads. Also through the power of backtags, he attended/will be attending the dimileth wedding.

In more recent events, ish, he celebrated the New Life Festival with Rosie, Noctis, and Ardyn to try and get more situated in the polycule. Which almost certainly led to a Get Along Foursome, because three out of the four attendees are horny on main.

He also, despite urging from the Peacekeeper and Sol, ended up.going through the mystery doors - to his world and others. Turns out when you dangle the possibility of seeing his home and loved ones in front of him, his critical thinking skills are the first thing to go.
