Check-in + Character Claims (July)

While Amani doesn't have an Activity Check proper, it'd still be nice to know how everyone is doing!

Going forward, check-ins + character claims will be more or less the same thing for players already in the game! To know who has already claimed what characters, please check the previous post.

The purpose of this post is to:
★ Give a small summary of what your character has been up to. Please try to do 2-3 sentences so the moderator has information to work with for events or ideas they have may for individualizing things!
★ General plans/ideas you have
★ See what characters are present and welcome new people coming into the game!

MOD NOTES
Just a few things from Pudding to point out for the upcoming month!

★ A reminder that players can add their own tags to the network and log communities! So, have at it! Tag all the things!

★ If you're interested in helping out with moderator duties, please let me know either via DM on Discord, hitting up the mod contact, etc.! Some people have already assisted (thanks mochi for the check-in sheet!) but obviously I'm still running a bit behind in some ways like timely sexy stamp approvals.

★ A reminder that the flora & fauna submission mechanic is available! While originally new creatures / plants needed to have a sexy stamp for approval, you now just need to link your character claim (or check-in) comment if you want to start adding to it. Thank you for the native wyverns and chocobos, now give me more cool creatures.

★ The calendar for July will be updated shortly!

» Rotating monthly memes! ATP/Enable Me, Love Meme, etc. etc.
» WEATHER!

★ We have four slots open for new players after the player cap was increased to 45! We're currently at 41/45 players according to who has responded to the taken and/or drop page. Please, make sure you're using the taken page when you claim so that way I can keep an accurate tally since this is a capped game box.

PEACEKEEPER PROFILE

Personality: Surly and sullen, Shane prefers to keep to himself and wards off others with his cold demeanor. However, this is less because he actually wants to be alone and more because he thinks he deserves it. In truth, Shane is starved for friendship, love, and purpose. He suffers terribly from severe depression and alcoholism, but with the right push from some kind and especially persistent people, he may just be able to turn his life around.

Game Plan: Initially pleased as punch that he's dead, actually, he has quickly realized that Amani isn't quite the escape from reality he was hoping for and become pretty bitter. Right now his game plan is going to be to skulk around bars, get drunk, and be awkward around everyone, but with time my plan is to have him slowly open up to people, find meaning, and start a chicken ranch.
Interested in: Honestly I really want to get this miserable bastard a steady partner and some friends. Where NSFW is concerned, I haven't really decided what kinks he's interested in (or rather, he doesn't really know yet, so we're figuring it out together <3) so he's kind of a blank slate and I'm open to anything.

Anything else?: general content warnings on Shane for alcoholism and suicidal ideation. If you'd like me to avoid these subjects in his tags, please let me know!
