Character Claims (Jan-Feb)

CLAIM INFORMATION
Welcome to Amani! We're happy you're here.

To join to the game, please copy the template from the text box at the bottom of this page, fill out each of the required sections, and paste it into the comments on this post.

Character claims will processed as quickly as possible and reflected both here and the taken page.

Keep the following things in mind when considering what type of character you wish to play:

★ Characters we DO allow: Fandom, Original, Canon AU, CRAU, and duplicates (limit of 2).
★ Characters we DO NOT allow: Real people, Fan AU, Fandom OCs
★ Character limit: 4 characters slots per player to start. More slots may be discussed with the moderators if there is sufficient activity. You are not allowed to claim more than 2 characters per round. Each round after will also have a limit of one.

★ Game limits: Amani has a player cap of forty (40) players. At this time, there are no caps for characters or casts.

★ Amani does not do claim challenges. Character claims submitted will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Make sure you check before placing a character claim!

★ Once your character is claimed, please head on over to the taken page to make it official!

Here is an overview of the character claim template and guidelines for how to fill it out! This also serves as a plot with me/CR meme!

Character Name: Your character's name in either Western or Eastern order
Canon: Name of the canon you're playing them from
Canon Point: The episode, chapter, book, etc. that your character is coming from
Age: Characters must be at least 16 y/o mentally and physically.

Link to History: For canon characters, this can be a wiki link. For OCs, this can be a separate journal entry or wherever you have their history. idk man I'm probably just going to skim it anyway

CRAU: are they coming from somewhere else? if this isn't applicable, you may omit this section!
AU Clarification: Explain to us a little bit about how they're different due to their experiences in the previous game/setting they were in

PEACEKEEPER PROFILE

Personality: Tell us about your character's personality! Just a basic overview is fine! this can also be told through the art of interpretive memes

Game Plan: How will your character adjust to being Amani and the knowledge that they are dead? How will they forge bonds with others and play nice? This is basically a summary of what your hopes for your time in the game are!

Interested in: here's a place to list the tropes, kinks, etc. specifically that you'd like to play out! you can also mention things you'd rather avoid, if you'd like

Canon Point: this game isn't linear whoops but he's from just after reactivating the Vah Rudania Divine Beast (so he's done two of them now, so I guess halfway through the game-ish)

PEACEKEEPER PROFILE


Personality: He's the strong silent type, only just kidding, he can and does speak. He just doesn't say a lot. He also doesn't remember like half his life because of #trauma and he deals with that by being absolutely feral most of the time. He solves problems with a sword (or axe, hammer, Moblin arm, whatever) and isn't terribly analytical. He's fiercely loyal and protective and he's not someone you really want as an enemy, because while he's small, he can and will kick your ass even if you're many times bigger than him. He's a good cook, except when he messes up, and he loves food. Relatable tbh. He's great with animals and also has some musical talent. Also he's trans/nonbinary because I said so and Nintendo supports different gender interpretations of Link.








Game Plan: There was always a chance that they'd lose and the world would end, but he's not thrilled about that?? Wasn't everything JUST FINE? So he's suspicious of this. He has a little bit of understanding of technology thanks to the Sheikah Slate but things like "simulation" are beyond him. So he might choose violence to try to solve problems, except just kidding, I temper violence with aphros. We know why we're here, okay.

Hopes for the game are MONSTERS because, I mean, gestures at Hyrule, and trash idk I'm yolo-ing it.
